What a note contains
A note sent through the form carries your name, the contacts you gave and its fields: the entry concerned, what should change, where to check it and your connection to the place. The address and the language of the page travel with it. One hidden field, which people do not see, is there only to catch automated spam.
How notes are used
A form service keeps the notes until the editors read them at the next revision. They are used only to check and apply the change; nobody is contacted unless the note asks for a reply and gives a contact. Names and contacts never appear on the site and are never sold or passed to the school, club or organiser concerned; the register edits record a change, never its sender.
Counting visits
A small script served from this site’s own domain counts page views. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone to other sites. A view records the page, the page that linked to it, the browser, the kind of device and the country taken from the request; only totals are ever read.
Nothing loaded from elsewhere
These pages load no advertising, social-media buttons or outside trackers, and fetch no fonts, maps or images from other servers. A link to a source or to a map leads to another site with its own privacy terms. The hosting provider handles technical data such as IP addresses only as far as it needs to deliver the pages.
Your rights
You may ask for a note of yours to be corrected or deleted: send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so. The change is made when notes are next read, and a reply comes if you ask for one and leave a contact. The law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on personal data, and for visitors from the European Union the GDPR, give you these rights.
